Black Kids Matter: Solidarity with Texas Teens!

In McKinney Texas, some young high school and jr high aged kids were having an end of the year pool party at a community pool in a housing community. Residents in the community didn't like the number of kids that was there. One of the adults started a physical altercation with one of the kids and resorted to using racial slurs.

The police were called and that is when all hell broke loose.

Officer Eric Casebolt arrived on the scene screaming profanities at the kids, making them all sit down and cuffing them.

Casebolt topped it off by grabbing a young girl and throwing her to the ground by her hair. Swinging her by her hair and telling her face down to the ground, cussing and using obscenities toward her. Other residents helped him out by standing around her while she laid on the ground crying and not resisting.

This was disgusting and Officer Casebolt needs his badge taken from him.

Unfortunately this kinda thing happens on a regular basis in communities of color all over the country.

We stand in Solidarity with these teens and will continue to fight for equal and fair treatment of people of color.
